Technical Principle of Rotary Screen Printing Machine I


Since the introduction and application of rotary screen printing in the 1960s, it has developed rapidly, accounting for nearly 60% of all fabric printing and more than 90% in Western Europe, with fast printing speed and high automation. In the past, rotary screen printing machines were mostly used for printing cotton and polyester-cotton products. With the development of textile types, the application of rotary screen printing machines has been greatly expanded, fully applicable to the printing of knitted fabrics, silk fabrics and various kinds of artificial fabrics. Therefore, our rotary screen printing machine can be widely used in various industries such as printing and dyeing, knitting, silk, wool, etc., with a broad prospect for promotion.

The rotary screen printing machine was first created by the Netherlands Stork Company in 1963. Despite of its short history, it has developed rapidly. The rotary screen printing machine consists of equipment such as feeding-in cloth , printing, drying and feeding-out cloth. The mechanical composition of the printed device can be divided into printing adhesive tape, rotary screen driving device, rotary screen and printing blade holder, flower arrangement, rubber belt washing and wiping device, and printed fabric pasting and slurry pumping system. When the printed fabric is in contact with the rubber guide tape, the rubber tape is pre-coated with a layer of the adhesive tape so that the printed fabric is pressed against it without moving. When the printed fabric enters into the drying device, the rubber belt is reciprocated and transferred into the machine for water washing and scraping water droplets.

The drying and discharging device is dried by loose hot air, and then the printed fabric is separated from the rubber belt. The polyester belt is rotated by the driving roller, and the fabric is smoothly adhered to the polyester belt by the pressure of the hot air nozzle to enter the drying room.

Since the processing is carried out under no tension, it is suitable to print the fabric that deforms easily and wide fabric without a lining cloth.
