Structure and Composition of Flat Screen Printer


The automatic flat screen printer is a structure of the cloth flat screen printing machine, which can automatically feed cloth, automatically apply cloth, automatically lift the color frame, automatically print, automatically dry the fabric and automatically discharge the cloth, with simple operation and high efficiency production. It is currently used in many types of flat screen printing machines.

The automatic Flat Screen Printer generally consists of a printing unit combined with other unit machines and general-purpose devices, and is composed of a feeding device, a printing unit, and a drying and discharging device. Among them, the printing unit is the core part of the automatic flat screen printer, and is mainly composed of a patching device, a guiding cloth mechanism, a color frame lifting mechanism, a squeegeing mechanism, a belt cleaning mechanism and the like.

1. Feeding-in device. According to the need, the fabric can be loaded into the fabric and folded into the fabric to ensure that the fabric is smoothly and into a low tension state and the printing guide belt is simultaneously inserted into the machine. A dust collecting device can also be used to remove dust, fluff and yarn ends on the fabric.

2.Patching device. In order to affix the fabric to the guide tape flatly, a water-soluble sizing patch and a thermoplastic resin patch are usually used.

(1) Water-soluble pulp patch: This form is a two-roller feeding device, in which the water-soluble slurry in the slurry tank is uniformly transferred to the surface of the printing belt by the feeding roller, and the fabric is flatly adhered under the action of the pressing roller. Paste on the guide tape. The thickness of the pulp layer can be adjusted by the gap between the feed roller and the guide tape according to the different specifications of the fabric, and is suitable for the flat fabric printing machine with a hydrophilic fabric and a narrow door width.

(2) Thermoplastic resin patch: This form is a film which is adhered to a thermoplastic resin-coated printed belt by a hot press roll.
