What Are the Problems of Hot Air Stenter and How to Prevent ΙΙ

As is mentioned in the last article, the Hot Air Stenter is prone to problems such as oil stains, unsatisfactory door widths, peeling, broken edges, needle holes out of edges, double sides, stains.

(4) Broken edges. The cutting edge of the cloth is under the slitting device, and the cloth cannot be opened in time to break the silk edge; the cloth slitting device is worn and cannot be opened in time; the difference between the entrance and exit of the silk is too large, which will also cause the tear. Silk edging; the fabric contact pads are out of contact, so they cannot be detached. Before driving, empty the car and check the opening and closing conditions, such as failure of the mule, wrong position, and failure of the opening and closing device.

(5) Needle holes are out of the side, eating both sides. Failure of the edger, curling of the blank silk, poor stitching, and needle removal at both ends will cause the needle hole to come out and eat on both sides; negligent operation can also easily cause the above-mentioned defects. Repair the faulty edger in time, and do maintenance work normally; pay attention to the operation of each post, and the stitch should be returned to reduce the needle off at both ends. When returning the needle, pay attention that there should be no folds at both ends of the stitch to avoid possible Curling; the tension of silk feeding should be appropriate to ensure that the blank silk has no curling, so that it can be fed flatly and fed centrally.

(6) Stains. When entering the silk, the head is stained, when the silk is dropped, it is stained outside the car, and when the fabric is rolled into the cloth drop roller, it is stained. Use a cloth guide to thread the head to the machine. When you drop the silk, be careful not to let the silk fall on the car. Install a static elimination device to reduce the static electricity at the silk exit. opportunity.
