There are many types of Hot Air Stenter Machine, but the basic structure is only the following combination:

1.Guiding device:

It is used to smoothly guide the fabric into the tenter, which usually consists of multiple guide rollers, a suction device and a stand with rollers.

2.Drafting device:

There are two types of cloth and needle plate. Generally, cotton and wool fabrics are needle-board-type, while silk cloth types are used to fix the cloth surface, and it is convenient to apply tension on both sides to stretch the cloth surface.

3.Heating equipment:

There are two types of open and oven. Generally, cotton is used in the closed oven type, while silk is used in the open type, which is heated by steam and sprayed.

4.Ironing equipment:

After pulling the fabric with a needle plate or fabric, rough edges of the fabric appear. After ironing with steam in the middle, the flange will be removed and brought to a higher temperature. It can also stabilize the size of the width of the door that is rolled out, while making the ironing cloth smoother and brighter.

5.Lowering device:

The tent cloth passes through a series of guide rollers, and is then rolled into a roll, or enters a turning car through an S-shaped swing cloth and enters the next process.
