The effect of the printing guide belt on Rotary Screen Printing Machine is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:
First, the difference between the running speed of the guide belt and the speed of the circular net is too large, which causes the circular net to twist or even break. The Open Type Rotary Screen Printing Machine is designed to take into account the synchronous cooperation between the printing guide belt and the rotary screen. The guide belt runs at a speed that is faster than the linear speed of the rotary screen by two to one thousandth to four thousandth. If in actual operation due to the change of the diameter of the driving roller or the slip caused by the guide belt drive, the speed difference between the two will become larger, which will cause active or passive extrusion of the dome, and twisted or broken nets. The solution is to strictly control the diameter tolerance of the main drive roller; properly adjust the tension roller tension value to prevent the guide belt from slipping during the running process.
Secondly, the guide belt swings left and right across the Ambassador's circular net during the operation and is twisted. The main reason for this phenomenon is the runaway of the guide belt. The friction between the guide belt and the circular net causes the circular net to be squeezed axially with the left and right swing of the guide belt. The larger the amount of deviation, the greater the axial friction during the deviation, causing the circular net to twist. The solution is to strictly control the deviation of the guide belt (the previous section on the control of the deviation of the guide belt).
