One. Net frame;
There are generally two kinds of wooden frames and aluminum frames
The quotation of wooden frame is relatively cheap, and it is suitable for manual printing, but its recoverability is poor, because the net pulled out by wooden frame is simple and relaxed, which reduces the recoverability of the net, and the quotation is several yuan. Compared with a wooden frame, an aluminum frame has its unattainable effect and high recoverability, so it is not described here!
There are many kinds, such as nylon mesh, sash mesh, metal mesh, etc. Considering the cost and applicability, nylon mesh is generally used, and others can have color differences. For dyed mesh, this is relative to four colors, because the dyed mesh can cause the moire phenomenon, which is to be said later, but not here. Remember the mesh number mentioned earlier, and I said "T" Generally, 77T=180 mesh 100T=250 mesh 120T=300 mesh 140T=400 mesh 165TT, etc., I don't quite remember it, I don't know if it is, please master to correct it, there are 43T other meshes. 34T。 There are other types!
Third, pull the net:
There are manual, mechanical, and pneumatic netting. For general screen printing factories, the pleading is generally not too high. The first two can be handled thoroughly. For the latter one, I have never used it, only seen it in books! Pulling the net is to put the net frame on the bracket of the net puller, then wipe the strong net-pulling glue, then put the mesh on it, fix it firmly, and then pull it hard on all sides. You can use a dynamometer to measure whether the stress on all sides is the same. After a certain strength, make the net frame top and then wipe the glue on the surface so that the secret net frame of the mesh is tightly bonded. After it is dry, it can be removed. Another thing is that for wooden frames, you can use nails to go up, the principle is similar, and other questions about viewpoints will be discussed later!
Fourth, wash the net;
Net washing generally uses special net washing chemicals, but it takes a lot of time to get rid of the oil filth. The general processing factory talks about timeliness and won't wait. I have talked about a very effective method here, that is, using washing powder, which is, of course, the one with strong detergency, which is Tide or other brands. It's up to you. Oh! Wet screen plate, the other is polished with cotton cloth, which has another advantage, that is, it is beneficial to the adhesion of photosensitive paste. Save a polishing process. Remember to polish on both sides, and for the front side, when polishing, the force must be light to avoid the mesh falling. Then put it in a dryer for drying.
5. Apply photosensitive paste 1
Before speaking, it is necessary to talk about photosensitive pulp. The production of photosensitive pulp is not talked about. It is still guaranteed to purchase from the market. Of course, there are domestically produced and imported ones. What I have used is full of imported goods. The photosensitive pulp in Italy is good, just like `like mesh, the mesh in Switzerland exceeds that in Japan and Germany. Of course, this is my one-sided word, which depends on yourself. The photosensitive paste on the market is begged to be used by yourself. You can wet the photosensitive powder with hot water first, then pour it into the photosensitive paste and mix it thoroughly, and then use it after a few hours. Large factories have automatic sizing machines with uniform thickness. Small factories can size themselves, but plate makers can finish them!

That is, sticking a film sheet is also a capillary film. This kind of comparison is simple, that is, the so-called direct method compared with the upper photosensitive paste. (I don't know how to look at the front) You only need to wet the film sheet, stick it to the place you need, and then use a sizing vessel to press it quietly, so that the film is embedded in the mesh, the water is drained, and the baking machine is released.
Sixth, bake the board;
The baking board is carried out in a baking machine, and the temperature is generally baked in a warm wind around 30 degrees. If there are multiple sizing processes, there will be multiple baking. Pay attention to the fact that the baked screen board must be thoroughly dried, otherwise, you must know the result. For thickness, it depends mainly on the substrate. Different substrates have different thicknesses. For PVC, film, etc., it's usually enough for once. For rough things like cloth, it's necessary for thickness, otherwise, it's very simple to break the gap.
Seven, publish a book
Pay attention to the integrity and smoothness of each character. If there are tooth patterns and other elements, if you beg for high accuracy, the version will have to be re-dried!
